Happy New Year! 2020 is kicking off intensely on the world stage. How can we focus on our New Year’s intentions when we’re stressed and worried about what’s happening around us? It’s important that we have the tools to keep ourselves balanced so that we’re not shaken by all the chaos in the outer world.
Last year I stopped writing blog posts when I got busy starting up a new podcast with my friend Tim Howe.
