What happens during a Connecting With Your Spirit Guide session?
Connecting With Your Spirit Guide is a 90 minute session.
You’ll prepare 2 - 4 questions beforehand that you want to ask your Spirit Guide. In the first 20 minutes we’ll discuss what you want to get out of the session and go over your questions. The rest of the time will be spent in hypnosis.
I’ll guide you into a deeply relaxed, inner-focused state, where you can let go of the outer world and connect more deeply within. We’ll activate your chakras to raise your vibration and facilitate communication with your Spirit Guide, who resides at a higher frequency. After establishing connection with your Spirit Guide, I’ll ask the questions you brought in. Your Spirit Guide may also share any helpful guidance for you. An audio recording of the session will be emailed to you the next day.
