We are living in times of heightened polarization. You can witness it externally in wars and politics, but can you own it as a reflection of your own internalized division? Can you embrace both Light and Shadow? ☯️ On the spiritual path, we have to integrate both polarities to become Whole.

As a guest on a recent episode of the Goddess Rising Podcast, I spoke with Liria Rose about my Dark Awakening. I chose to speak vulnerably about painful experiences in a way I’ve never publicly shared in detail because it’s an important piece of reclaiming my power.

Eclipses are meant to guide us back to our purpose and soul’s path. If we’re out of alignment with our soul and our lessons, we’ve given a nudge (ok, maybe a shove) from the Cosmos to wake up and fulfill our potential. Of course, we have free will on how we choose to deal with these powerful influences. I prefer to consciously co-create my experience with the Universe, but being dragged along kicking and screaming is an equally valid option. 😄

Rather than fearing an eclipse like they did in ancient times, we can simply be intentional to utilize the heightened spiritual energies for our growth. What old stories are you ready to release? In what way can you step into more of your soul embodiment and expression?

Where do you turn for guidance when you feel lost or stuck? Do you have a trusted source of higher wisdom that you connect to for encouragement and inspiration?

My Spirit Guide Will has been an invaluable support system for me throughout my spiritual journey. Sometimes he’s a cheerleader; other times he’s an advisor. Always he’s a friend. We’ve known each other across lifetimes, so he sees my true self beyond my challenges and limitations. As a loving non-physical being, Will resides in a higher frequency in the spirit realm. That means that he can bring compassion, deeper wisdom and a higher perspective to assist me in my struggles. (That’s not true for all non-physical beings. It’s important to develop discernment around whom you connect with.)
